Steve Hills and Steve Parkes formed Conqueror Construction Ltd in early 2018 to provide a high-quality construction service focused on residential and commercial refurbishment, structural alteration, and general building works.

The company is led by experienced construction professionals with over 40 years combined industry experience, providing strong technical knowledge across both traditional and modern construction methods, along with extensive practical understanding of building behaviour and performance.

Over time, this practical experience has naturally developed into a strong working knowledge of building pathology, including the identification, interpretation, and resolution of common and complex building defects.

This includes issues such as:

• moisture ingress and damp-related defects
• condensation and ventilation issues
• masonry deterioration and weathering
• construction detailing failures and junction defects

We regularly work with architects, structural engineers, Building Control officers, and conservation professionals where required, particularly on projects involving existing building condition issues or structural alterations.
